Senior Full Stack Developer

The Senior Full Stack Developer (PH team) is responsible for building and maintaining new and existing bespoke tools for 12d Synergy and integrations for 12d Synergy with external systems, with guidance and direction from the Australian 12d Synergy team.

A minimum of 5-6 years of full stack development experience is required for this senior position.

A bachelor's degree is required as the minimum educational qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing bespoke tools for 12d Synergy as required.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET programming language and framework is required for development work.
• Designing and developing integrations between 12d Synergy and external systems based on customer requests and business needs.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MySQL databases is required for integration development.
• Performing maintenance and resolving bugs in tools and integrations.
• Maintaining company code standards.
• Ensuring code is checked in to source control.
• Ensuring changes are logged in the appropriate change tracking system.
• Partaking in regular code review.
• Adhere to the strategies of agile development.
• Writing test cases in line with general development processes.
• Allocate areas of functionality for the test team to test.
• Building automated tests as needed.
• Review test scripts to ensure they are accurate and useful.
• Deliver informative and well-organised reports/presentations on the progress of any assigned activity.
• Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
• Tactfully communicate difficult/sensitive information.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders as required.
• Provide regular updates in agile story meetings.
• Working closely with the AEC Digital Services and 12d Synergy team.
• Guiding and assisting additional developers on the AEC Digital Services development team.
