ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a
.NET Team Lead
to lead a development team building and maintaining Windows-based automation tools. You’ll own delivery end to end — from writing C# code and resolving technical issues to running Scrum ceremonies and keeping stakeholders informed. A strong fit for someone who codes hands-on, leads without losing technical depth, and is comfortable across WPF, WinForms, and Azure DevOps.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead a development team consisting of developers and QA;
- Communicate with stakeholders and provide updates;
- Prepare timely reports on completed work;
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies;
- Develop new functionality and fix issues in automation tools;
- Troubleshoot installation and testing issues across environments;
- Maintain and expand internal knowledge base documentation.
MUST HAVES
- Expertise in
C#

- Experience as a
team leader

4+ years of experience with .NET

Fluency in written and spoken English

- Strong knowledge of
Microsoft Windows operating systems

- Strong knowledge of
WPF and WinForms
