🛠 What You’ll Do

• Build enterprise-grade applications across web and mobile platforms
• Develop clean, scalable, and well-tested code on both front-end and back-end
• Collaborate directly with clients to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Lead features end-to-end — from planning and architecture to deployment
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth
• Improve performance, security, and scalability in every project
• Embrace DevOps best practices including CI/CD and test automation
• Help shape engineering standards and suggest tech/process improvements

🧠 What You Bring

• Strong experience across the full stack (JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular + backend with Node.js, .NET, or similar)
• Solid understanding of front-end styling frameworks like Tailwind, Bootstrap, or CSS
• Cloud experience with AWS or Azure
• A sharp eye for application performance and security
• Strong communicator with client-facing experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Fluent English communication skills required
