Senior Full-Stack Developer
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to support the development and delivery of the Trade, Supply Chain, and Microfinance Platform (TSCMF). This is a hands-on senior role responsible for solution design quality, technical feasibility, and end-to-end delivery of scalable, secure, and cloud-native applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop end-to-end full-stack solutions (front-end and back-end)
- Translate business requirements into scalable, fit-for-purpose technical designs
- Ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability
- Develop and integrate APIs and third-party services
- Support cloud infrastructure setup and deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization
- Review technical deliverables and ensure alignment with standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to team capability building
- Support production releases and post-deployment (hypercare) activities

Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Proven experience delivering scalable and secure applications
Technical Skills
- Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript (React or Angular)
- Back-end: Node.js, Python, or Java
- Cloud: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Git
- Databases: SQL and/or NoSQL
- Strong knowledge of microservices and REST APIs
- Experience with Agile development
Nice to Have
- Event-driven architecture / workflow orchestration (e.g., Temporal)
- AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
