**This Hybrid Role (in office Tues Wed Thurs) is based in Mexico City, MX**
Responsibilities:
- Provide senior‑level system analysis, design, development, and implementation of full‑stack web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Angular, Java, TypeScript, and AWS.
- Translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable solutions using modular architectures, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
Design and develop responsive, accessible user interfaces aligned with enterprise design systems, ensuring consistent UI patterns, component reuse, and adherence to web standards. - Implement and maintain secure authentication and authorization flows, including SSO, OAuth, token‑based security, and identity federation, applying OWASP and secure coding standards.
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting automated build, test, and deployment workflows; leverage containerization technologies such as Docker and modern DevOps practices.
- Deploy applications across development, test, and production environments; provide post‑release production support and participate in incident resolution and change management.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, design reviews, code inspections, and testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Review code, resolve elevated technical issues, and mentor developers with less experience, promoting best practices in architecture, security, and maintainability. - Collaborate closely with product owners, UX designers, QA, security, infrastructure, and global delivery teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
- Leverage AI‑assisted and agentic development tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and emerging agentic workflows) to accelerate development, enhance testing, and improve documentation.
- Ensure all solutions comply with Information Technology and Information Security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Minimum of 5+ years of progressive application development experience, including senior‑level full‑stack development.
Strong hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Strong full‑stack development experience using Angular, Java, and TypeScript.
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third‑party platforms. - Experience building and deploying applications on AWS.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control, and deployment automation.
Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.
Strong understanding of secure web development, authentication and authorization flows, and SSO. - Experience working within and contributing to enterprise design systems.
Solid understanding of web standards, accessibility, and responsive design.
English speaking required.
Special Factors:
Hybrid work schedule with in‑office presence required Tuesday through Thursday.
Participation in on‑call or production support rotations may be required on a limited basis. Nice to have: exposure to agentic AI concepts or workflows, AI‑assisted development tools, headless CMS or cloud‑native architectures, and DevSecOps practices.
