No prior AEM experience is required - we will provide full training and support you in mastering the platform - our Academy will fully prepare you for the role.

As our Support Engineer, you would have the following responsibilities: 

  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to content management implementation;
  • Customer and business support in software applications;
  • Resolve incidents, taking into account impact & priorities;
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to optimal code quality and appropriate design patterns;
  • Maintain frontend components within the AEM environment;
  • Maintain microservices interfacing with AEM.

 

Key competences that will help you succeed: 

  • You have 5+ experience in - Java, Spring, Spring Boot, HTML, CSS, JavaScript , RESTful web services, DevOps.

 

You are a perfect fit for us if you:

  • Have excellent English skills both spoken and written;
  • Have a bachelor's or master's degree (IT-related);
  • Are good at multitasking, and you can work under strict deadlines;
  • Know the latest and proven technologies on the market;
  • Won’t get discouraged by changing priorities or constraints and will search for solutions;

 

A significant advantage would be to have: 

  • Experience in Content Management Systems or Adobe Experience Management;
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology.

 

Start date for the role: 15th of May
Location: Sofia/Varna
