Job Description

Do you want to play a key role in delivering high-quality, impactful digital initiatives across the LEGO Group?

As a Tech Program Manager you will drive day-to-day delivery for complex but well-bounded programs within MCT. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional partners to create clarity, manage risks, and keep delivery moving with pace and predictability!

Core Responsibilities

Program Delivery Execution

  • Lead delivery of multi-product team programs with clear, measurable outcomes aligned to product and engineering goals.
  • Coordinate operating rhythms such as scrum-of-scrums and team-level planning.
  • Build and maintain program-level plans, including timelines, dependencies, and milestone tracking.
  • Surface delivery risks early, follow up on mitigation actions, and ensure issues are raised appropriately.

Cross-Team Alignment & Communication

  • Facilitate communication between engineering product teams, and key partners / collaborators to ensure alignment and unblock progress.
  • Prepare clear, concise delivery updates and contribute to program narratives under guidance from more senior TPM’s
  • Ensure teams understand decision paths, governance expectations, and delivery commitments.

Delivery Practices & Quality

  • Apply and champion agile delivery practices, helping teams plan effectively and structure work for flow.
  • Partner with engineering and product to ensure delivery practices remain outcome-focused and transparent.
  • Support rollout / deployment planning and execution with engineering, operations, and business teams.

Team Support & Craft Development

  • Contribute to improving program management standards across MCT and share procedures with peers.

Play your part in our team succeeding

This role focuses on hands-on program execution, operational field, and excellent facilitation, ensuring teams have what they need to succeed. While you may mentor early-career TPMs, this role does not carry formal people leadership.

Do you have what it takes?

Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrated success delivering multi-team digital programs in an agile environment.
  • Strong facilitation skills — capable of guiding teams through planning, risk discussions, and cross-team delivery forums.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to simplify complexity and tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Able to work calmly under pressure, bringing structure and clarity to uncertain or fast-moving situations.

Attitude

  • Thrives in execution: organised, methodical, and focused on driving outcomes.
  • Strong collaborator who builds trusted relationships with engineering, product and business partners.
  • Comfortable influencing without authority and driving alignment across teams.
  • Curious, continuous learner who brings energy and positivity to delivery challenges.
