Product Manager (CRM Backend System)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of the Affiliate CRM system, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Define project goals and plans, allocate tasks clearly, and adjust plans based on business changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure effective collaboration and optimal use of resources.
• Oversee system implementation and improvements to enhance affiliate partner management and operational efficiency.
• Identify and control project risks, track issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Establish and maintain standardized project processes to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least  years of experience in Internet product or project management.
• Experience in CRM systems, SaaS platforms, or affiliate-related projects is preferred.
• Strong logical thinking, communication, and coordination skills.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Self-driven, responsible, and capable of handling multiple projects efficiently.
