Job Title:  Senior Product Manager
Location: Bangalore
Reports to: Manager, Product Management   A quick snapshot…   As a Senior Product Manager on the Conga Discovery AI team, you will be responsible for shaping our advanced metadata extraction capabilities on top of the Conga platform. You’ll leverage your expertise in AI—and ideally Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)—to define and deliver next-generation solutions that streamline how our customers discover, process, and analyze critical business data. You’ll need to be hands-on, comfortable doing demos, managing implementations, and running scrum teams to ensure we deliver exceptional value to customers.   Why it’s a big deal…   Our customers rely on Conga’s solutions to automate some of their most business-critical workflows. By harnessing Discovery AI for metadata extraction, we’re enabling enterprises to identify key terms, risks, and opportunities hidden within their documents at scale. In this role, you’ll be a critical driver of product innovation—your work will shape the future of AI-driven document analysis and help customers reduce manual processes, improve compliance, and gain strategic insights faster.   Are you the person we’re looking for?   Relevant Experience. You should have more than 5 years of experience in Product Management and in B2B SaaS, ideally involving data extraction, AI, or document automation solutions.   Demonstrate. A success in conceptualizing and launching new product features from initial idea to market adoption.   AI or machine learning. Knowledge of fundamentals and an interest in applying them to solve real-world business challenges.   CLM. Exposure or understanding in CLM is a strong plus, as it ties closely into many metadata extraction use cases.   Research and Creativity. Conduct market and user research to identify new opportunities for AI-driven features.   Customer feedback. You will gather continuous customer feedback to iterate and prioritize feature development that delivers tangible customer value.   Maintain strong partnerships. With professional services and support teams to address implementation details and customer escalations.   Demo. You should confidently demo features to internal stakeholders, customers, and prospects to showcase Discovery AI capabilities.   Analyze and prioritize. You will use data analytics, user feedback, and market insights to guide product decisions and roadmap priorities.   Balance. customer requirements, technical feasibility, and time-to-market considerations in a fast-paced environment.   Customer experience. You will regularly engage with customers to understand their needs and pain points, ensuring Discovery AI addresses real-world challenges.   Document. New workflows, provide training materials or guidelines, and gather post-launch feedback.   Education. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent; a higher degree is a plus.   Here’s what will give you an edge…   Champion the Customer.
