About the project
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer (Salesforce) to join a long-term project and support the improvement of deployment processes across multiple systems, including Salesforce and web applications.
In this role, you will work closely with an existing DevOps setup and client-side leadership, contributing to automation, reliability, and efficient delivery pipelines. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys improving workflows, reducing manual effort, and working independently within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive improvements in deployment workflows across Salesforce and other applications, reducing manual steps and increasing reliability
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, including solutions tailored for Salesforce
- Improve and maintain version control practices to ensure traceability and safe rollbacks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen DevOps culture and best practices
- Support release management, monitoring, and environment stability (SRE-related tasks)
- Ensure security and compliance standards are followed across deployments
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve automation, performance, and delivery processes
Requirements
- Strong experience with DevOps practices and process improvement
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, SF CLI, and Developer Tools, including deployments and configurations
- Experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines (YAML/JSON), preferably with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform)

Solid experience working with Azure (App Services, KeyVault, Azure SQL, Storage Accounts, VNet)
- Nice to have: exposure to AWS or GCP
- Scripting skills in PowerShell and/or Bash
- Strong understanding of version control systems (Git or similar)
- Experience supporting release management and monitoring (SRE concepts)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a distributed team
