You will work closely with engineers, machine learning engineers, and cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop predictive models, and generate insights that support product development and operational decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

Advanced Data Collection and Analytics
•    Design data collection and preparation strategies across multiple datasets and systems.
•    Lead exploratory data analysis to uncover insights that influence engineering or product decisions.
•    Develop reusable analytical pipelines and data science workflows.

Predictive Modeling and Machine Learning
•    Develop and deploy predictive models using machine learning techniques such as classification, regression, clustering, and anomaly detection.
•    Evaluate and optimize model performance using statistical and machine learning techniques.
•    Apply advanced modeling techniques to solve complex engineering or operational problems.

Data Visualization and Communication
•    Develop dashboards and visualization tools that communicate analytical insights to leadership and technical teams.
•    Present analytical findings in a clear and actionable format.
•    Translate complex analysis into business and engineering recommendations.

Cross Functional Collaboration
•    Partner with engineering, software, and product teams to implement analytical models into production systems.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities where analytics can improve product performance or operational efficiency.
•    Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and analysts.

Required Skills & Competency

•    Bachelor’s with 5+ years, Master’s with 3+ years, or PhD with 0+ years of experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
•    Strong experience in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data analysis.
•    Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar analytical programming languages.
•    Experience working with large datasets, data science libraries, and complex analytical problems.
•    Experience using visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
•    Strong communication and data storytelling skills.
•    Ability to work independently on analytical projects and influence technical decisions.
•    Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
•    Ability to travel 10% to 25% to customers, conferences, partner locations, and TE development sites.
