We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and experienced in print and digital design. This role requires expertise in producing high-quality designs for print materials, signage, and marketing collateral while ensuring brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Design and prepare print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, business cards, banners, signage, and more
- Create compelling layouts and graphics based on client specifications and brand guidelines
- Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy
- Modify and preflight customer files to meet production requirements
- Operate within production timelines and manage multiple projects efficiently
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and deliver effective design solutions
- Maintain brand consistency across all projects and assist with in-house marketing materials
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience in print production and knowledge of file preparation for printing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively
- Familiarity with signage and large-format printing is a plus
- Experience with variable data printing (VDP) is a plus
