Product Designer:
The position of Product Designer offers dynamic challenges in designing HVAC system components. We are looking for an individual who is technically inclined and is interested in developing design skills to meet industry needs.

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:
• Designing and testing HVAC equipment and systems according to client specifications and industry standards using SolidWorks and other software tools.
• Performing calculations, simulations, and analysis of HVAC systems to optimize performance, efficiency, cost, and manufacturability.
• Preparing technical reports, drawings, specifications, bill of materials, and manufacturing documentation for HVAC projects.
• Collaborating with manufacturing teams, other engineers, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful delivery of HVAC solutions.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues or problems related to HVAC systems.
• Providing service support to our existing clients by responding to their inquiries, requests, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Staying updated on the latest trends and developments in HVAC technology and engineering.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
• Completion of a Mechanical Engineering degree or Mechanical Engineering Technology program.
• Basic understanding of mechanical engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and testing methods related to HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with sustainability concepts, green building design, or international standards used in building systems is considered an asset.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to learn quickly and contribute in a fast paced environment.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks or similar CAD/engineering tools.
• Experience or exposure to sheet metal manufacturing processes is an asset.
• Experience with MRP or ERP systems is considered an asset.
• 1-2 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to travel within North America as required.
