Job Description

The person in this role will be responsible for crafting and developing compelling concepts, graphics, and layouts to support the talent attraction efforts in their social channels and internal programs. This position is focused on continuously improving our presence in the talent market and coordinating our marketing strategy initiatives with our Talent Attraction team.
 

• Plan, produce, and edit video content for global campaigns, social media, testimonials, training, and internal communications.

• Create motion graphics and animated assets to bring stories, data, and messaging to life.

• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure visual and messaging consistency across formats.

• Adapt video content for multiple platforms and audiences, optimizing length, format, and design based on usage.

• Manage video asset organization, versioning, and delivery to support regional and global teams.

• Provide creative input on storyboarding, scripting, and visual narratives.

Qualifications

Requirements/Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphics production.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects (experience with Illustrator is required; Photoshop and Audition are a plus).

• Portfolio required showcasing video projects, motion graphics, and multimedia content.

• Experience in content creation, including photography and video production.

• Strong background in motion graphics and animation.

• Experience with AI-assisted content creation tools (Desirable)

• Figma experience is desirable.
