Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and NestJS to build scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have solid backend and frontend development experience, with a focus on delivering reliable APIs and seamless user experiences. This role requires ownership of complex technical areas and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using NestJS
- Architect and implement GraphQL APIs aligned with business requirements
- Develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React / Next.js
- Take ownership of end-to-end feature development and technical delivery
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to enhance user experience and interface quality
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Work with tools like Docker, PostgreSQL, and Prisma ORM (good to have)
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Node.js and NestJS (must-have)
- Proven experience in designing and implementing GraphQL APIs
- Solid frontend development experience with React / Next.js
- Strong understanding of full-stack development and system architecture
- Ability to take ownership and lead complex technical initiatives
- Expertise in writing clean, structured, and maintainable code
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
