Data Scientist & Product Owner

You’ll be focused in  • Developing a clear product vision for AI applications aligned with corporate strategy • Building and maintaining an AI product backlog • Defining and managing roadmaps for AI products • Identifying and prioritizing high-impact business use cases • Translating business requirements into technical specifications • Conducting gap analyses on data availability and quality • Working closely with data scientists, engineers, business stakeholders, and external partners (e.g., McKinsey, appliedAI) • Facilitating workshops for ideation and requirements gathering • Communicating product vision and progress to stakeholders • Understanding machine learning, MLOps, data architectures, and model validation • Supporting the selection of appropriate algorithms and tools • Ensuring compliance with data protection and regulatory requirements • Supporting organizational change processes • Developing training and enablement programs for users • Scaling successful AI products across markets or business units   In order to succeed, you’ll need  • Proven experience in product management, ideally in data/AI • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) • A solid technical understanding of AI methods and data infrastructure • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken • Familiarity with tools such as Python, SQL, ML frameworks, and MLOps platforms • Strong communication and analytical skills   • Great English skills, both written and spoken.     About the Product Our Sales Spoke team is driven by a data-first culture, leveraging both advanced analytics and AI to empower our team and customers to create additional value.
