Backend Developer

Description

Join us to build and scale the cloud platform behind a core product, working with modern engineering tooling and cross-functional teams focused on reliable production delivery.

We seek a Cloud Developer (2–5 years) to contribute to backend and infrastructure development, take ownership of components from design through production, and grow within a team that values strong fundamentals, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to design and development of scalable backend services.
• Own infrastructure/software components from concept to production, with guidance from senior engineers.
• Uphold strong standards for code quality, testing, and maintainable design.
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, Security, and QA to deliver end-to-end features.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Participate in improving CI/CD pipelines and engineering workflows.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of backend development experience (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Proficiency in Go, .NET (C#), or Python.
• Familiarity with cloud-native applications and concepts.
• Working knowledge of Docker, basic Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive ownership mindset.
• Comfortable working in Linux environments.
