Senior Backend Developer

Description

Join us to build and evolve the cloud platform powering a core product at scale. Our engineering teams deliver production-grade backend systems with high standards for quality, performance, and reliability, partnering closely with DevOps, Security, QA, and Product.

We seek two Senior Cloud Developers (8+ years) to lead design and ownership of complex backend and infrastructure components. You’ll help set engineering standards, mentor others, and deliver systems that are robust in production.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design and implementation of scalable, high-performance backend services.
• Take ownership of complex infrastructure components from concept to production.
• Drive engineering excellence through strong standards for code quality, testing, documentation, and operational readiness.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of high ownership and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, DevOps, Security, and QA to deliver end-to-end outcomes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a root-cause mindset.

Requirements

• 8+ years of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Go, .NET (C#), or Python.
• Strong experience with cloud-native applications and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong engineering fundamentals: system design, testing strategies, performance, and reliability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in Linux environments.
