Position Overview

At Colgate-Palmolive, candidate experience is a critical part of how we attract and retain top talent. From first interaction to offer decision, we aim to create a structured, engaging, and transparent journey.

As the Candidate Experience Undergraduate Intern, you will support recruitment operations, sourcing coordination, intern engagement logistics, and candidate communication processes. This role is ideal for students interested in HR, talent acquisition, operations, and analytics.

You will help ensure our hiring process is seamless, organized, and reflective of our EVP.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Experience & Communications

  • Support candidate communications across interview stages, ensuring clarity and professionalism

  • Assist in maintaining structured interview scheduling and follow-up processes

  • Help gather feedback from candidates and interns to identify improvement opportunities

  • Support creation of candidate journey maps and process documentation

Sourcing & Recruitment Support

  • Assist with early career sourcing initiatives and pipeline tracking

  • Review resumes and help organize candidate shortlists for recruiter review

  • Support tracking of applicant flow and funnel metrics

  • Help maintain sourcing trackers and reporting dashboards

Intern Recruitment & Engagement Operations

  • Support logistics for intern recruitment cycles

  • Assist in coordinating intern onboarding touchpoints

  • Help manage communications related to program updates and engagement

Process Optimization & Reporting

  • Conduct research on candidate experience best practices

  • Support data collection related to time to interview, interview completion, and conversion metrics

  • Assist in preparing summary reports for Talent Attraction leadership

What You’ll Gain

Who You Are

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related field

  • Eligible for graduation between December 2026 and December 2028

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Interested in recruitment, operations, and candidate engagement
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $20.50 - $23.50 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
