Key Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of materials.
- Assist in developing and documenting HR standard work, onboarding workflows, and training procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to onboarding and training processes.
- Collaborate with HR team members and cross-functional partners to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Provide general administrative and project support to the HR team as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated interest in Human Resources, talent development, or organizational processes.
- Ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of HR processes such as onboarding, training coordination, or employee engagement.
- Previous internship or project experience in an HR or administrative environment.
- Strong experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Continuous Improvement.
