The role
Nebius is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Strategy & Operations - a forward-thinking leader to drive data strategy for the GTM Strategy & Operations team. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced operations professional who is excited to architect and scale modern data infrastructure — leveraging automation and AI to elevate data quality, governance, and operational performance. The ideal candidate combines deep GTM systems expertise with a strong understanding of how AI can transform data management at scale. You will play a critical role in designing intelligent data governance frameworks that utilize AIdriven cleansing, enrichment, deduplication, anomaly detection, and predictive data quality monitoring to create a trusted, scalable foundation for growth. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales Leadership, GTM Strategy & Operations, IT, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen system integrity, modernize data workflows, and support Nebius’ strategic growth priorities through AI-enabled data excellence
You’re welcome to work REMOTELY from the US or UK.
Your responsibilities will include:
Data Strategy & Governance
- Develop and own a roadmap to enhance Nebius’ agility through a trusted, timely, and scalable customer and firmographic data strategy and governance framework
- Design and execute initiatives to eliminate operational inefficiencies caused by incomplete, inconsistent, or unclear data
- Identify and formalize data ownership within the CRM ecosystem, driving accountability and stewardship
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to establish a formal change review board or advanced governance structure
AI-Driven Data Quality & Automation
- Implement AI-assisted data cleansing strategies, including intelligent deduplication, normalization, and enrichment
- Leverage AI/ML capabilities to detect anomalies, incomplete records, and systemic data integrity risks
- Evaluate and deploy AI-powered enrichment and technographic data solutions to improve GTM targeting precision
- Partner with GTM Systems and IT to automate data validation and quality monitoring workflows
- Explore predictive data quality scoring and proactive remediation frameworks

- Partner with GTM Systems and IT to implement and optimize data management and CRM tooling aligned with long-term scalability
- Ensure clean integration between CRM and external data providers
- Create and maintain documentation and playbooks to support repeatable, compliant data processes
Stakeholder Alignment & Change Management
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations leaders to align data standards with evolving business needs
- Proactively address data-related conflicts and ensure effective communication and adoption of governance policies
We expect you to have:
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM architecture
- Proven experience modernizing data governance using automation or AI-enabled tooling
- Deep expertise in implementing data quality frameworks, including deduplication, firmographic and technographic enrichment
