The operations Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Operations Department and support the company’s processes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Proactively manage calendars with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for the Operational Leaders.
- Complete and submit expense reports per company guidelines for Operational Leaders.
- Perform administrative projects, including researching information and organizing large volumes of material.
- Follows up with internal and external individuals to ensure completion of action items.
- Provide clerical assistance such as filing, photocopying, printing, binding, and mailings.
- Organizing local and out-of-town meetings and preparing PowerPoint presentations.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent education preferred.
- 1-3 years of office and administrative experience.
- High level of proficiency with MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google programs such as Sheets, Forms, and Maps
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- This is an in-office position.
