Job Description
Purpose: The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled Graphic Designer with 5+ years of professional experience to help bring our brand to life across digital and print channels. This role requires a strong visual storyteller who can balance creativity with strategy, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver polished work from concept to execution.
Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality visual assets for digital, print, and marketing initiatives (web, landing pages, ads, social, email, presentations, packaging, brochures, etc.)
- Translate brand guidelines into compelling, consistent creative across all platforms
- Collaborate with marketing, product, sales and leadership teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns
- Lead projects from ideation through final production, managing multiple timelines and deliverables
- Provide creative direction and feedback on designs to maintain brand excellence
- Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring technical accuracy
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Canva, Figma, or similar tools a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides)
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Experience working within established brand systems
- Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with motion graphics, video, or basic animation (preferred)
- Familiarity with marketing or product design workflows (preferred)
- Experience mentoring colleagues (preferred)
Education & Experience:
- 5 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across digital and print

Travel
Travel is required within the United States for team/company meetings and offsites, generally not more than 2x / year.

Lingraphica and Pay Transparency
At Lingraphica, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The starting salary range for this position is $59,400 to $66,600 per year. Placement in the starting pay is based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and internal equity.
