  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and trade partners to gather input, validate sequencing, and ensure schedule feasibility.
  • Conduct detailed schedule analysis to identify potential risks, delays, and opportunities for acceleration or optimization.
  • Proactively implement recovery strategies and mitigation plans to maintain project milestones and contractual obligations.
  • Facilitate and lead schedule review meetings, presenting updates, forecasts, and critical path analyses to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project health, progress trends, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Integrate subcontractor and vendor schedules into the master project schedule, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
  • Support project controls functions including progress measurement, earned value analysis, and delay impact assessments.
  • Provide schedule input for change orders, scope modifications, and claims analysis, ensuring accurate documentation and justification.
  • Ensure adherence to client’s scheduling standards, tools, and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
