JOB TITLE: CNC Programmer
PAY RANGE: $40-$50/hr | SHIFT: 1st 6:30 am – 3:00 pm OT as Necessary

QUICK SUMMARY  
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support our Machining and EDM operations through advanced programming, technical problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration. This role plays a critical part in producing accurate, high-quality programs for complex parts while supporting quoting and production strategy.

This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, precision-driven manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Advanced programming for 3-axis, 5-axis & lathe equipment
• Fixture design for complex geometries
• Tool selection & spindle time optimization
• Blueprint and GD&T interpretation
• Program validation & quality checks
• Continuous improvement of existing programs

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of CNC programming/machining
• Expert-level Fusion 360
• Advanced SolidWorks modeling
• High-tolerance machining experience
• Deep understanding of tooling strategies and shop math
