Social media manager( PPS-EU）MunichFull-timeInternet / Electronics / GamesResponsibilities·Drive social media and social community strategy, management, and brand voice across multiple social channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) ·Plan and develop social media campaigns ·Create, develop, schedule, and monitor social media content across multiple social channels ·Maintain and run social channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) and respond to customers in a timely manner ·Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the content is both informative and appealing to identify opportunities to increase brand presence and perception among the public ·Collect resources and look for opportunities to work with social media influencers on the planning and execution of collaborations across multiple social channels ·Track and Monitor KPIs (e.g., EMV, social following, engagement, conversion etc.), and re-evaluate oraudit for new metrics when needed, ·Provide monthly performance report and post-campaign report ·Stay up-to-date and research on social media news, updates, trends, both within and outside of the industry, to identify or grow business opportunities ·Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.QualificationsWe would find ourselves a great match to start if you also consider yourself creative, self-driven in thinking and doing, curious and positive about new things and challenges, while taking pride in your very good teamwork skills, teamwork, communication and stress management. Experience working for an agency is a plus ·Familiar with major social media outlets, particularly strong experience in leading campaigns to drivefollower gain and improve engagement on Facebook and Instagram ·Social content design and short-form video editing skills are preferred ·Proficient in social media management tools such as SproutSocial or Hootsuite ·Strong verbal communication and creative writing skills ·Strong language skills in German and English.
