What You’ll Drive

• Delivery in line with agreed scope, program and budget Strong forward planning proactive, not reactive
• Commercial discipline, cost control and margin protection Confident management of variations, EOTs and contractual claims
• Subcontractor performance and site coordination Clear, professional client communication

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering projects end-to-end.
• Strong program development and budget ownership capability.
• Commercial confidence, you understand contracts, risk and margin.
• A leader who is calm under pressure, visible and clear in communication
• Someone who anticipates issues early and takes accountability beyond their own project when required.
