Data Analysis/Communication/Issue Resolution Prevention % of Job 80% Data Create Daily/Weekly/Monthly Customized Report based on end user and supervisor/managers requirement. Ad-hoc Analysis base on requests. Prepare management reports defining and evaluating problems and recommending solutions. Systems Monitor the current operating systems and gather, analyze information about each of the parts of component problems, using a variety of sources. Observe and Troubleshoot issues/bugs that raised from current systems in operation under supervision (include all company systems, such as MyService, LMS, SAP, CMS, PPS, E-CASH, E-TRAFFIC, Aging Report 3, X - Report, Dashboard, Incoming Volume and etc.). Work and communicate with developers or designers to enhance the performance of systems. Collaborate with Headquarter IT staff in the organization to evaluate operation flow in systems and implement changes. Get training and supervision from local supervisor and headquarter IT development staff for all systems used for business operation. Troubleshooting Collaborate with senior managers and headquarter's IT staff to identify and solve a variety of problems and to clarify management objectives. Collaborate with others in the organization to ensure successful implementation of chosen problem solutions. Develop business methods and procedures, including accounting systems, file systems, office systems, logistics systems, and production schedules. Provide first-line application support and operation logic instruction for end users. Warehouse Efficiencies Cost Reduction % of Job 10% Implements warehouse efficiencies and cost reduction programs to assist the company in making better merchandise flow decisions by conducting thorough analysis on key areas which are causing product and delivery issues. Builds and maintains a work environment that is positive and is supported by open feedback and two-way communication at all levels.
