MATERIAL COORDINATOR (21030)
Location: NAS JRB Fort Worth, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Clearance: Secret | CAC required
Position Summary
Provides Organizational- and Intermediate-level aircraft maintenance support on C-130 aircraft in accordance with the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP), applicable technical data, and federal contract requirements.
The Material Coordinator provides supply, logistics, and material control support for C-130 aircraft maintenance operations in support of FRCRMW.
Essential Functions
- Interface with Maintenance Control regarding parts status and priorities
- Support Tool Control, IMRL, METCAL, and HAZMAT programs
- Utilize Navy/DoD supply systems and records IAW CNAFINST 4790.2
- Prepare reports and documentation supporting maintenance operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Duties
- Perform material control, requisitioning, receiving, expediting, and inventory management
- Requisition, receive, issue, inventory, and track aircraft parts and materials
Qualifications
- 3+ years aviation supply/material coordination experience
- Familiarity with Navy or DoD supply systems preferred
- Ability to meet SCA labor category 21030 requirements
- Active Secret clearance
Physical Requirements
Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing and walking for extended periods, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in confined or elevated spaces. Requires sufficient vision to read and review records. Must be able to work in high-noise environments, wear required PPE, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Compensation
- $27.78/hour + $2.65 H&W
