Why You’ll Love This Role

Join the team as a Client Advisor and make a real difference. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients entering our clinics. You will be welcoming clients, managing appointments, and providing administrative and financial support to ensure a smooth and professional client experience.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate client appointments and manage a busy electronic clinic diary
• Process client payments (EFT, HiCaps, MediPass)
• Recommend Kieser’s products and services
• Conduct membership consults
• Provide administrative support to the leadership and clinical team
• Answer questions and resolve problems for clients
• Consistently deliver high-quality service in accordance with Kieser standards

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves:

• Valid working rights in Australia
• First Aid & CPR Certification
• National Police Check

Nice-to-haves:

1+ years of relevant work experience
