About the role
We are seeking a reliable individual to join our south of the river Medical Receptionist Reliever team. This position is based at our Murdoch branch providing relief to all SKG branches located south of the river. When you are not required to provide relief, you will work at our hospital Murdoch branch meaning that you are guaranteed your contracted full time hours.
As a Medical Receptionist, you will act as the first and last point of contact for our patients, providing excellent service, accurate bookings of procedures, settling patient accounts and updating patient profiles.
This position is Full Time worked as 75 hours per fortnight.
Your flexibility is key as start and finish times will be variable. Being a hospital site, operating hours are during and outside of standard business hours. This branch opens 7 days a week with service level hours subject to change as per the demands of the branch and/or hospital. There is an expectation of this role to work hours across the full week as per the branch roster.
Due to the travel involved, the successful applicant will require their own reliable vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.

Previous experience within a customer service industry will be highly desirable; however, this is not mandatory, as full training will be provided.
