Our Recreation Team is a vibrant, close-knit community of people who thrive on connection, movement, and making a difference. From Duty Managers and Customer Service Officers to Instructors and Coordinators, our team transforms 18 Recreation Centres into welcoming, inclusive, and safe spaces—offering health, fitness, and recreation opportunities to those who need them most. 

As part of the Y family, you’ll help support the wellbeing of vulnerable and underrepresented communities, always acting with integrity and respect.
