The Engagement Project Manager drives employee and client engagement initiatives that strengthen ABM’s partnership on the Amazon GREF account. Embedded within the Programs team, this role connects operations, leadership, and account initiatives to ensure ABM’s value, culture, and successes are consistently visible and aligned. The position oversees engagement strategy and execution across the account, focusing on relationship-building, recognition, and experience both internally and externally.
Client Engagement & Relationship Initiatives:
- Plan and execute structured client engagement initiatives, including Client Appreciation Week, client and team offsites, and relationship-building events
- Partner with account leadership to identify opportunities that strengthen Amazon GREF and JLL stakeholder relationships
- Ensure all engagement activities are compliant, intentional, and aligned with client expectations
Employee Engagement & Recognition Programs:
- Lead execution of employee recognition programs, including work anniversaries and milestone awards
- Coordinate with site managers to ensure consistent distribution and participation
- Promote initiatives that strengthen morale, retention, and leader–employee connection
Engagement Strategy & Alignment:
- Develop and maintain an annual engagement calendar aligned with account priorities
- Translate operational, safety, and performance wins into meaningful engagement moments
- Ensure engagement initiatives support ABM’s broader corporate initiatives and account strategy
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Serve as the engagement liaison across Programs, Operations, Safety, Technology, HR, and corporate teams
- Align timelines, messaging, and execution to avoid duplication and ensure consistency
- Support leadership with engagement planning and materials as needed
Measurement & Continuous Improvement:
- Track execution and participation metrics for engagement programs
- Support client and employee feedback efforts (surveys, insights, follow-ups)
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve engagement impact and efficiency
Program & Project Management:
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for engagement initiatives
- Maintain documentation, process consistency, and reporting
- Ensure initiatives are delivered on schedule and within scope
- Support additional administrative and program-related duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communication or equivalent field that demonstrates quantitative and analytical orientation.
- Experience in engagement, programs, marketing, or communications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to influence cross-functionally
