WHO YOU ARE

You are an experienced hospitality professional and passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and driving operational excellence. You will bring:

• Demonstrated minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel operations or similar fields.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, guiding teams effectively.
• Financial acumen in managing budgets, controlling costs, and driving revenue.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for positive guest and team interactions.
• Strategic and proactive in business development and service improvement.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high service, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Effective problem-solving and handling guest concerns efficiently.
• Adaptable to changing business needs and industry trends.
• Passion for sustainability and promoting eco-friendly business practices.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Hotel Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our hotels, ensuring seamless service and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: 

• Lead and mentor teams in Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping to uphold service standards.
• Manage budgets, analyse financials, and implement cost controls to boost profitability.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase bookings, guest retention, and brand visibility.
• Ensure smooth Front Office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest satisfaction.
• Support Food & Beverage in service delivery, menu development, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee Housekeeping to maintain cleanliness, linen management, and resource efficiency.
• Address guest concerns promptly and implement service improvements.
• Coordinate cross-department operations for seamless guest service.
• Conduct inspections to ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance.
• Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact and costs.
