Description
The Customer Services Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing contractual
and operational data to ensure compliance with obligations, improve data
quality, and deliver insightful reporting to internal and external
customers on a period-by-period basis. The role supports continuous
improvement, identifies efficiencies, and contributes to both
customer-facing and internal BI initiatives.

Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent written, verbal and communication skills.
An understanding of databases and to be able to run scripts accordingly.
Ability to visualize data to allow simple interpretation of results.
Strong data analysis and manipulation.
Ability to learn new IT systems quickly.
Proven ability of analysing and manipulating data
Desirable:
Experience in the transportation industry.
Proven experience of delivering full lifecycle BI reporting project within
an organization.
Previous experience in contracts and variations.
Proven experience of Business Intelligence tools SQL.
Presentation creation and delivery.
Call logging or similar system experience.
