Key Role Responsibilities:Operations LeadershipEngage with stakeholders to understand business context & expectations to devise solutioning &target operating modeDefine transition plan & drive effective transitions with clear milestonesDefine effective Shared service & process control measuresEnsure all operational deliveries are managed as expectedEnsure that accounting & payments to suppliers in time, reconciliation of bank and ledger accounts,reconciliation of inventory, and establishing effective control over collection from customersEnsure that all AR processes, including billing, revenue accounting etc are managed effectivelyMust have experience of all 4 financial tower.Ensure that Internal & External audit requirements are met and proper validation of accounts &prepare monthly variance report.Ensure quality reviews of GSC deliverables are conductedCreate active engagement with Users across the organization to establish a culture of identifying rootcauses for performance gaps, identifying suitable solutions, and deploying the sameEstablish relevant KPIs (GSC & Process Success) to generate ownership within the teamMust come from BPO background and should be comfortable to work in US, Europe time zones.Transformation LeadershipIdentify opportunities of transformation in the process to enhance effectivenessConduct process assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend process changes.Drive best practicesCreating, implementing and monitoring processes and procedures finance processesCollaborate with department heads and process owners to establish process improvement goals andtargets and develop action plans to achieve themDrive digitization of processesParticipate in new scope solutioning & transitionsSupport Business units to develop appropriate metrics to demonstrate Process efficiency andeffectivenessAnalyze process performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvementManage interface between business and IT development teams and support in developing the rightsolutions when improving processesStakeholder ManagementInteract with stakeholders & drive effective governanceDevelop and deploy relevant Performance Review cycle at different levels of the organizationManage escalations proactivelyHelp to drive data driven decision making by providing insights to Business Performance throughDashboardTeam ManagementLead & monitor teamHelp to create a culture of Best Practice AdoptionSkills & Competencies:Good Communication skills in English language, both oral and written.Experience in transition, setup & running offshored Finance operationsPossess strong analytical skills & transformation experienceWork flexible over-hours in close coordination with line manager covering situations where businessrequires urgent execution.Ability to work in a fast paced, time sensitive environment Detail oriented Professional and articulatecommunicator, Team player, Flexibility in work schedule, Aptitude for prioritization/multi-taskingEducation & Qualifications:Must be Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 15 years of experience in F&A outsourcing/ offshoringShould also be Six sigma Green belt/ Lean belt certified.
