About the Role

As a Portfolio Administration Analyst, your role will be key in ensuring the quality, consistency, and depth of the financial analysis that supports investment decisions.

You will have a direct impact on:

• Financial Data Management & Quality

You will support the collection, validation, and cleansing of market and portfolio data, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the information used as input for analysis. Your work will enable the team to make decisions based on reliable, up-to-date, and efficiently structured data.

• Performance Monitoring & Risk Control

You will prepare periodic fund performance reports, facilitating early identification of deviations from return targets, regulatory limits, and internal policies. You will also monitor regulatory and risk compliance in real time, contributing to a preventive and rigorous portfolio management approach.

• Financial Model Maintenance & Updates

You will update valuation models and financial spreadsheets to reflect changes in prices, cash flows, rates, and market assumptions, ensuring profitability, sensitivity, and risk analyses remain current and technically sound.

• Analytical Support to Committees & Governance

You will collaborate in preparing analytical materials and presentations for internal committees and governance bodies, supporting senior team members in clearly and transparently communicating new investment opportunities.

• Market Research & Insight Generation

You will analyze macroeconomic, sector, and issuer trends, preparing executive summaries that provide initial hypotheses and investment opportunities, strengthening the team’s analytical pipeline.

What You Need to Apply

We are looking for an analytical, methodical profile with a genuine interest in financial markets.

Key Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
✔ At least 2 years of proven experience in local and international market research or financial analysis
✔ Hands-on experience managing and analyzing economic and financial data
✔ Knowledge of investment management or portfolio analysis
✔ Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, financial formulas, scenario analysis, charts)
✔ Intermediate to advanced English, with the ability to read, interpret, and draft financial documentation
✔ CFA Level I certification (desirable, not mandatory)
