Job Description
Join our high‑performing Investment Services team as a proactive and highly organised Senior Team Assistant. You’ll be the trusted “go‑to” person who keeps day‑to‑day operations running smoothly, supporting campaigns, client service and team efficiency.
In this role, you will:
- Prepare polished reports, submissions and client documents.
- Support marketing and campaign activities (InDesign/Canva advantageous).
- Coordinate team calendars, meetings and internal communications.
- Manage invoicing, billing and financial administration.
- Maintain SharePoint folders, templates and key team documentation.
- Contribute to process improvements and streamlined workflows.
Qualifications
What you’ll bring:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Confidence with Microsoft Office; design tools a plus.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
- Experience in team support or administration
