Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations
• Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions
• Provides new hire orientation
• Reconciles benefits statements
• Responds to HR-related queries within PSI
• Prepares new employee files, and updates employee files on an ongoing basis
• Assists with processing of terminations
• Keeps up to date with the current employment laws
• Maintains confidentiality of employee data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in HR; industry experience a plus
• Knowledge of employment laws and general human resources practices
• Experience in HRIS and database systems is a plus
• Good understanding of benefits in country/region
