Job Description
Griffith Health Clinics form part of Griffith University’s health portfolio and provide community-based clinical services while supporting the practical education of health students. Our clinics operate across multiple disciplines and are committed to delivering safe, ethical, and client-centred care.

We are seeking a motivated Clinic Support Officer to join our Psychology Clinics team, providing high-quality reception and administrative support within our clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and stakeholders, providing professional and timely assistance.
- Manage appointments, waitlists, and patient records using the Patient Management System.
- Process payments, perform daily reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain clinic databases, prepare routine correspondence, and support patient record administration.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and ensure compliance with University policies and relevant legislation.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will hold:
- An Associate Diploma with relevant experience or a combination of relevant skills, knowledge and experience
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to contribute to a high-performing team.
- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong IT skills and experience in the use of the MS suite of programs and applications.
What we can offer
This is a continuing, part-time (70%) position primarily based at Griffith University’s Brisbane South (Nathan) campus. As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations.
Griffith University’s campuses are located on the lands of the Yugarabul, Yuggera, Jagera, Turrbal, Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples.
Salary Range
The full time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 4 range $73,623 - $77,680 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total full time FTE package will be in the range $86,139 - $90,886 per annum.
