Job Description
- Play a key role in helping to deliver strategic HR outcomes across the Qantas Asia region
- Be the trusted HR partner driving capability, engagement, and leadership development across our newly established Cabin Crew base and other operational areas
- Full-time permanent position based in Singapore (required to work across Changi Airport and CBD office locations)

As the Senior Consultant, People for Qantas, you will be a strategic HR partner to business leaders, supporting the growth, development and engagement of our people. You will do this by providing proactive leadership and delivering initiatives that drive both the business strategy and the People and Culture agenda. You will also design, implement and embed key Group People & Culture programs and initiatives to build organisational capability and ensure consistent, high‑quality people outcomes.
In this role, you will have plenty of fun, work with a diverse group of amazing people and create experiences for yourself like no other.
You’ll have:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
- Relevant experience partnering with complex, fast-paced operational businesses
- Demonstrated business partnering and coaching skills with the ability to develop effective leaders and teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong resilience and agility, with previous experience in the design and delivery of people programs in an operational environment
- Proven ability to use analytical & pragmatic thinking to solve complex problems
- The ability to navigate all relevant employment matters and provide advice across the local employment framework
- Experience in an industrially complex environment and proven ability to form constructive relationships to deliver the best outcomes
- Experience working with people at all levels of an organisation with diverse work styles
