At NiCE Actimize, we don’t limit our challenges—we challenge our limits. As part of our mission to deliver high-quality, cloud-native solutions, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our Cloud Team. You’ll work closely with DevOps engineers and system architects, ensuring our cloud platforms and services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

How will you make an impact?

• Collaborate with DevOps engineers and architects as a core member of the Cloud Team.
• Deeply understand product and system requirements, translating them into clear, comprehensive manual test cases.
• Design, execute, and maintain manual test scenarios for cloud-based services, web applications, and APIs.
• Validate system behavior across Linux and other operating systems.
• Perform database testing, including data validation and SQL-based verification.
• Actively participate in Exploratory, Sanity, Regression, and End-to-End testing.
• Identify quality risks early in the development lifecycle and communicate them effectively to the team.
• Monitor test and non-production environments and support investigation of production issues when needed.
• Continuously analyze test coverage and improve manual testing processes.
• Demonstrate strong motivation to grow automation capabilities by gradually converting manual test flows into automated ones.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality, reliable cloud releases.

Have you got what it takes?

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong experience working in cloud-oriented development teams.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and familiarity with additional operating systems.
• Experience working with databases, including writing and validating SQL queries.
• Strong experience with AWS resources.
• At least 2 years of experience working with Ni
• NiCE Actimize.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience testing web applications and API services.
• Solid knowledge of testing types, including Functional, Integration, End-to-End, Regression, Smoke, Exploratory, and Data Validation testing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within project deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• High motivation to develop and enhance test automation skills, especially in automating manual test flows.

Advantage:

• Experience with test automation frameworks.
• Scripting or programming experience.
• Prior experience working in DevOps-oriented or cloud-native environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud monitoring tools.
