Job Identification
We are looking for a Finance Associate for the Internal Control Team with main responsibility in distributor audit.
What we expect
Conduct distributor audits together with the Internal Control team.
Perform control procedures and checks the defined checklist during distributor visits.
Conduct outlet visits as part of the audit process.
Prepare detailed audit reports based on findings.
Share audit results and key findings with distributors and management.
Follow up on the status, progress, and closure of audit findings.
Qualification
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.Knowledge of English, Uzbek, and Russian — competent written and verbal communication.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with financial data.Basic understanding of audit principles, internal controls, and financial processes.
Experience in finance, audit, or internal control (up to 1–2 years) is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools.
Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work independently and in a team.
