Inbank is a financial technology company with an EU banking license that connects merchants, consumers, and financial institutions on its next-generation embedded finance platform. Our financing solutions are embedded seamlessly into the shopping journey of 6,000+ retailers. This helps our merchant partners grow their businesses, while end customers benefit from a frictionless shopping experience wherever they are. With a focus on innovation and growth, we are looking for talented people to join our team of 440+ working across our offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
We are looking for Product Engineer Interns to join multiple tech teams across our multi-country engineering organisation. In this role, you’ll help build, improve, and extend real products used across several markets.
As an Intern, you’ll work as a full member of the team alongside experienced engineers and product managers, contributing to value-added services in areas such as deposits, customer obligations, internal money-tracking domains, and the core rental engine that powers the full rental product lifecycle.
The role involves hands-on work across both backend and frontend workflows, exposure to technologies like Java, Ruby, SQL and JavaScript, and the opportunity to build customer-facing features as well as internal tools. You’ll gain practical experience, grow your technical skills, and make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, professional environment.
What you’ll be doing?
- Participating in agile team workflows such as planning, refinement, and stand-ups.
- Taking responsibility for features across the full development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Participating in code reviews and production releases while learning best practices.
- Collaborating with engineers and product managers to deliver value across multiple markets.
Ideally, you:
- Have some experience or basic knowledge of Java, Ruby, PHP, or JavaScript.
- Have a general understanding of how software is built, with familiarity with tools such as IDEs, Git, code repositories, or ticketing systems.
- Are curious and eager to learn new technologies and explore how things work.
- Have a proactive, problem-solving mindset and an interest in growing your skills.
- Have strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Our offer to you:
- An opportunity to learn from a diverse group of people who excel at what they do.
- A paid internship from June to August.
- A personal mentor — an experienced professional you can always reach out to.
- Opportunities to expand your professional network and take part in events for our interns.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience, work on impactful initiatives, and grow professionally. Ready to kick-start your career? Apply now!
When submitting your application, please ensure your CV is in English.
