Lead Exterior Designer（上海设计-资深外饰设计师）上海全职技术类本科及以上职位描述简历需英文版（或中英文双语版），设计岗请同时提供作品集，谢谢。 Job Title: Lead Exterior Designer Department: Exterior Design Location: Shanghai, China What you will do: • Serve as the principal creative contributor for exterior design on key vehicle programs, driving the development of innovative, brand-defining concepts. • Translate design strategy into bold and refined exterior proposals that reflect future vision and market relevance. • Create compelling 2D sketches and 3D digital models to communicate design intent throughout concept and production stages. • Take full design ownership of assigned programs, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with brand DNA. • Collaborate closely with modeling, engineering, and program teams to resolve design challenges and maintain feasibility without compromising aesthetics. • Present design concepts and development progress to senior management and key stakeholders with clarity and strong visual storytelling. • Contribute to the creative culture of the Design studio by setting a high standard of design quality and innovation.职位要求What you will bring: • Extensive experience in automotive exterior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing concept and production work. • Excellent 2D sketching and 3D modeling skills using industry-standard tools (e.g., Photoshop, Alias, Blender, VRED). • Deep understanding of form, proportion, surface quality, and vehicle architecture. • Strong ability to independently own and drive complex design programs • Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced development environment. • Degree in Transportation Design, Industrial Design, or related field.投递
