The Electronic Payment Solutions Department develops and supports the technological solutions that enable our members and clients to complete their electronic payment transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, funds transfers and bill payments. The team plays a key role in modernizing our solutions while ensuring uninterrupted service delivery. As an application delivery manager, you coordinate key project activities within the department. You help our business partners identify the technological solutions that best meet their needs and support their business objectives. You interact with partners working in other technology fields. Strong organizational skills, rigour and the ability to manage priorities effectively are essential in this role. More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Plan deliverables by taking into account issues, complexity, practitioners and tie-ins with other projects.

  • Supervise and coordinate internal contributors involved in delivery.

  • Ensure team performance and quality control and identify project-specific standards, methods and procedures for projects.

  • Coordinate deliverables and ensure timelines are respected. Ensure performance and alignment with priorities.

  • Analyze risks and impacts for projects and develop strategies to address them to manage application and technological risk levels.

  • Work with the project manager to manage change requests, solution testing and implementation strategies for the application and technology component.

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, project management or a related field

  • A minimum eight years of relevant experience in project management, including end-to-end delivery of technology projects

  • Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered

  • Experience delivering projects in multidisciplinary environments using agile, waterfall or hybrid methodologies

  • Experience delivering multiple technology projects at the same time

  • Knowledge of French is required

  • Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients

  • Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence
