Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Customer MDM Developer
Develop, configure, maintain, and enhance Customer Master Data Management (MDM) solutions on Informatica IDMC platform. Ensure data quality, integrity, and seamless integration across enterprise systems while supporting operational and enhancement activities for customer-related data domain.
Responsibilities
•    Design and implement customer data models, hierarchies, and master data governance rules in C360 (Customer 360)
•    Develop and maintain data integration flows, transformation logic, and validation rules within IDMC (CDI/CAI)
•    Build and optimize customer data workflows, enrichment processes, and survivorship logic
•    Troubleshoot and resolve customer data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
•    Execute enhancement requests: new customer attributes, validation rules, UI improvements, and integration expansions
•    Support bulk upload operations, data migration, and mapping table management for customer entities
•    Collaborate with data stewards and business stakeholders on customer data governance and audit requirements
•    Perform testing, regression analysis, and validate changes in Dev/Test environments before production deployment
•    Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and process maps for customer MDM operations
•    Participate in L1/L2 incident triage and resolution for customer data issues

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    Informatica IDMC: Expert in C360, CDI, CAI configuration and development
•    Data Modeling: Strong understanding of customer data models, hierarchies, and party models
•    Integration: Experience with REST APIs, batch processing, and real-time data integration
•    SQL/Scripting: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or shell scripting for data manipulation and automation
•    Testing: Knowledge of data validation, regression testing, and quality assurance procedures
•    Tools: ServiceNow (or similar ticketing), Git, monitoring dashboards, logging frameworks
•    Data Governance: Understanding of data quality standards, MDM best practices, and compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•    Informatica certifications (IDMC, C360, Data Integration)
•    Experience with Salesforce, ERP systems, or other customer-related platforms
•    Exposure to AI/ML-driven data quality and anomaly detection tools
•    Agile/Scrum experience and cross-functional collaboration
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent communication and documentation abilities
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
•    Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
•    Customer-focused mindset with proactive approach to optimization
•    16x5 standard business hours coverage; 24x7 on-call during critical periods
•    Remote/hybrid with occasional travel for onsite engagements (as needed)
•    Participation in on-call rotation for production support
