Maintenance

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Maintenance / Groundskeeper Technician to help maintain the overall cleanliness, appearance, and functionality of the community. This role combines janitorial duties, grounds keeping, and general repair/maintenance tasks to ensure all common areas remain clean, safe, and in excellent working order.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general janitorial duties, including cleaning the clubhouse and pool area

• Maintain dog stations and trash cans throughout the property

• Pick up trash and debris across the community

• Perform pressure cleaning and light painting as needed

• Conduct basic repair and maintenance tasks

• Identify and report maintenance or safety issues

• Assist with irrigation systems and gates when required

• Ensure common areas are clean, organized, and fully operational
