- Strong ability to consistently exceed customer expectations through exceptional service and relationship-building.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the home lending process.
- Solid people skills to make customers feel confident and well-supported.
- Experience working in a customer-facing organisation, particularly in lending is ideal.
