Rental Sales Agent - Zakynthos

SIXT is looking for a Rental Sales Agent to join our team at our branch in  Zakynthos on a fixed-term contract during the seasonal period.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure the optimal rental experience for our clients
• Provide excellent customer service in all touchpoints with our clients meeting our high standards
• Prepare the rental agreement while advising on and up selling vehicles and optional extras to the client according to their needs
• Prepare and checking vehicles are in excellent condition and up to our high standards
• Inspect upon vehicles’ return and report any damage and checking refueling

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Sales of services preferably from the rental car industry

• High School Degree / Academic degree is nice to have ideally in the field of Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration
• Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken)
• Experience with MS Office suite
• Focus on creating exceptional customer experiences with a customer-centric approach
• Valid driver’s license (category B)

• Flexibility to work in shifts
